Whenever the Jan van Haasteren family appears, something is bound to go wrong. A denture in two, a robot without a head, a broken chain, and even a reindeer that has lost an antler. These are never major disasters, just a series of small mishaps someone trips, another is frantically trying to fix something that only seems to get worse.
